America’s favorite chicken chain faced an identity crisis around 2020, when IRL dining shifted to delivery and the brand could no longer serve up the exemplary in-restaurant customer service its fans were ravenous for. We jumped in with a suite of executions centered around bringing CFA’s signature flavor of offline care online, without missing a (heart)beat.

The core of the Chick-fil-A experience ain’t fried chicken—it’s the thousands of team members who bring to life the brand’s “My Pleasure” philosophy at every turn. This video series took the team’s warm, caring, above-and-beyond-ness across the counter and into the homes of the millions of customers who were missing it.

E-gaming and food delivery go together like cows and spots. So we met a new category of customers right where they were, with a platform-native video featuring CFA’s iconic cow mascot
on Twitch.

“The Little Things” are Chick-fil-A’s signature “sparkle moments.” An umbrella-wielding team member escorting guests to their cars in the rain, for example. When the world was shut down, we turned the Little Things into big experiences so more good could reach more folks.
